Statistical overview of the labor market conjuncture in Ukraine

Abstract

The subject of article is a research of the major problems of the labor market conjuncture in Ukraine by statistical evaluation of dynamics of the indicators of this sphere in I-st half year 2017. The results of work based on the research of individual numerical characteristics of the key indicators of the labor market, which were analysed to some problems in the sphere of employment and unemployment in Ukraine, and also investigated the main prospects for their further development possible in modern conditions. The results of the research can be used by all interested parties, including organs of State executive power in improving the mechanisms for the implementation of socio-economic policy of employment and State regulation of the labor market of Ukraine. Предметом статті є дослідження основних проблем кон'юнктури ринку праці в Україні шляхом статистичної оцінки динаміки показників цієї сфери в I півріччі 2017 року. На основі вивчення окремих числових характеристик основних показників ринку праці проведено аналіз деяких проблем у сфері зайнятості та безробіття в Україні, а також досліджені основні перспективи їх подальшого можливого розвитку в сучасних умовах. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані всіма зацікавленими сторонами, в тому числі, органами державної виконавчої влади при вдосконаленні механізмів реалізації соціально-економічної політики зайнятості населення та державного регулювання ринку праці України.
