Abstract
Reforming education in the system of modern pan-European trends puts before the
Ukraine intelligence, in particular teachers, scientists, government and public figures,
the task of training young people, which should be based on the best achievements of
world and Ukraine pedagogical science, history and culture. One of the main directions
of professional education reform in Russia today is to modernize it according to the
European model in order to bring higher education to the same standards and criteria.
The transition of our state to a democratic society and to changes in market relations
requires significant changes in human consciousness. Since education lays the
professional, psychological, and social prerequisites for the development of a nation,
its reformation is the first step towards the formation of a new mindset and the
development of a knowledge society. Today, Ukraine has clearly defined a benchmark for entering the educational and scientific space of Europe, and for this purpose it is
necessary to modernize educational activities in the context of European requirements.
The problem of the quality of vocational education has been actively addressed by
the European community over the past decades. The necessity and progress of
reforming the system of professional education in Russia, its improvement and
improvement of the quality level is one of the urgent problems on the way to European
integration.
The movement towards a global educational space involves a block of changes
related to the names of subjects, teaching methods, assessment of knowledge, and the
formation of students ' own competencies. However, this is the only way to achieve
mobility of both students and teachers in the modern educational space.
