    До збірника увійшли статті учасників науково-практичної конференції «Археологія Середньої Наддніпрянщини: проблеми, пошуки, перспективи» (до 30-річчя археологічного відділу НІЕЗ «Переяслав»), яка відбулася у м. Переяславі-Хмельницькому 16-17 вересня 2009 року. Представлено розгляд проблем археології Середньої Наддніпрянщини та суміжних територій від первісності до пізнього середньовіччя, публікуються нові матеріали і результати досліджень археологічних пам’яток, розглядаються питання Охорони та музеєфікації археологічних об’єктів.     До збірника увійшли матеріали V обласної наукової конференції «Археологія Київщини: дослідження, знахідки, проблеми охорони та збереження», яка відбулася 19-20 квітня 2018 року в м. Переяславі-Хмельницькому Київської області на базі Національного історико-етнографічного заповідника «Переяслав». Матеріали висвітлюють результати археологічних досліджень на землях Київщини та суміжних територіях, аналізуються знахідки з археологічних розкопок, розглядаються проблеми сучасного стану пам’яток культурної спадщини, публікуються музеєзнавчі матеріали.=The collection includes materials of the V regional scientific conference «Archeology of Kyiv region: research, findings, problems of protection and preservation», which was held on April 19-20, 2018 in Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky, Kyiv region on the basis of the national historical and ethnographic reserve «Pereyaslav». Materials cover the results of archaeological research in the lands of Kyiv region and adjacent territories, analyzed findings from archaeological excavations, considered the problems of the current state of cultural heritage, published by the museum materials.
