    Розвиток державних фiнансiв України в умовах глобалiзацiйних змiн

    Дисертація присвячена комплексним дослідженням теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів розвитку державних фiнансiв України в умовах глобалiзацiйних змін. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає у поглибленні та розвитку теоретичних засад, розробці науково-методичних рекомендацій спрямованих на удосконалення теоретичних підходів щодо економічної сутності державних фiнансiв в якості складової соціально-економічного розвитку країни, в умовах глобалiзацiйних змін; узагальнення та систематизації досвіду формування державних фiнансiв в країнах iз розвинутою економiкою; визначення напрямів модернізації державних фiнансiв з урахуванням циклічності розвитку економiки, сучасних макроекономічних тенденцій та показників фiнансової стiйкостi; розвитку підходів до удосконалення системи управлiння державними фінансами за допомогою інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення. The thesis is devoted to the complex researches of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of state finances of Ukraine in the conditions of globalization changes. The scientific novelty of obtain results lies in deepen and develop of theoretical foundations, development of scientific and methodological recommendations directing at improving theoretical approaches of the economic essence of state finances in quality of the base of the social and economic development of the country, in the context of globalization changes; generalize and systematize the experience of forming state finances in countries with developed economies; determination of the directions of modernization of state finances with account the cyclicality of the development of the economy, modern macroeconomic tendencies and indicators of financial stability; development of approaches to improving the system of state finance management by the help of information and analytical ensuring.
